With a career spanning over three decades across two continents, Joseph Fares brings a wealth of experience in senior management, strategic sales, and large-scale operations to Halifax Ascenseurs — a company he founded to redefine luxury mobility in Morocco.

For 30 years, Joseph built a distinguished career in Australia, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the building and property investment sectors. Starting on the front lines of sales, his tenacity and results-driven approach quickly propelled him into executive leadership roles.
He served as General Manager for The Property Club, Australia’s largest property investment company, where he oversaw massive operations and guided clients through complex investment landscapes. His expertise was further honed working with some of the country’s largest residential builders, including Metricon Homes and Simmons Homes.
In these high-volume environments, Joseph mastered the art of operational efficiency, project management, and delivering high-end results for diverse clients.

After three decades of remarkable achievement in the Australian corporate arena, Joseph felt a strong calling to return to his native Morocco. Driven by a desire to bring world-class standards back home, he founded Halifax Ascenseurs — a company built on the principles of quality, innovation, and prestige that defined his career abroad.
Today, Joseph applies the rigorous corporate standards he developed in Australia to the Moroccan luxury market. Under his leadership, Halifax Ascenseurs has grown into a successful and trusted name in luxury home elevators.
